July 7, 2006, Newsletter Issue #24: fish cooks quickly

Tip of the Week

A general rule for cooking fish is to allow about 10 minutes of cooking time on the grill for each 1 inch of thickness. Or about 5 minutes for each 1 inch of thickness when using an electric grilling machine. -- George Foreman and Cherie Calbom, George Foremanīs Knock-Out-The-Fat Barbecue and Grilling Cookbook (1996)
